Wrong (empty) icon in Windows 11 taskbar

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open any tgit window (like log for example). Taskbar in windows 11 shows tab for tgit with a yellow square instead of regular icon:

while it should have been this icon (shows up in the window title bar):

What version of TortoiseGit and Git are you using? On what operating system?

Release 2.13.0.1
