Show Log window can't be resized to have height smaller than the screen size

Resizing window should reduce its height.

Instead, I can only change the width. I can change the height of sections using the splitter line, but it doesn't affect the overall height. It takes 100% of the screen, and thus my taskbar even overlaps the buttons. The only way to access the buttons is to maximize the window.

Got this after updating to TortoiseGit 2.13.0.1 x64, with my Windows 10 (10.0.19042.1586). Screen size is 1920x1080, with 150%(recommended) scale.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
