Submodule Add Dialog does not automatically grab the Git Clone link from the clipboard

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Form github.com and copy a project's git clone link as a submodule git link; for example, image currently, the link https://github.com/manisandro/GdbCrashHandler.git already in my clipboard.
  2. right click, choose TortoiseGit -> Submodule Add , show the dialog, but the link can not automatically grab from the clipboard. image image

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

In git clone dialog , TortoiseGit can automatically grab link from the clipboard. I want the Submodule Add dialog behavior like git clone dialog. image

What version of TortoiseGit and Git are you using? On what operating system? TortoiseGit 2.13.0.1
