Change icon image for Cherry-Pick

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open tgit log
2. Right-click on a commit that you want to cherry-pick
3. The icon on the menu item Cherry Pick this commit... is very dull,
   it is just a 'document with a plus sign'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

1. Please change the icon image to be a Cherry (the fruit...)
2. The menu item would be easier to spot, immediately noticeable...
3. It would be much more fun

What version of TortoiseGit and Git are you using? On what operating system?

TortoiseGit 2.12.0.0 (C:\Program Files\TortoiseGit\bin)
git version 2.22.0.windows
