About screen of TortoiseMerge shows invalid build information

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Start TortoiseMerge
2. Go to "Help->About TortoiseMerge..."
3. You see "TortoiseMerge 1.3.6, Build 0 - 64 Bit $DEVBUILD$, date unknown
   " as well as an unprintable character. I also attached a snapshot of this.

It should proper information or the additional information should be removed
like in the TortoiseGit About screen.

I am using the 64-bit version of 1.3.6.0 on Windows XP x64.
