Add additional information to the Windows Explorer title

I recently came across RepoZ. What I really like about it is that they add additional information to the title of the Windows Explorer. https://github.com/awaescher/RepoZ#enhanced-windows-explorer-titles

This is very similar to the various ways you can extend the prompt in bash. It would be really lovely to have this feature in TortoiseGit as well. Immediately seeing the branch you are currently on would be a great thing to have, just like in Git Bash for Windows.

I haven't dug into this too much, but https://github.com/awaescher/RepoZ/blob/master/RepoZ.Api.Win/PInvoke/WindowHelper.cs and https://github.com/awaescher/RepoZ/tree/master/RepoZ.Api.Win/PInvoke/Explorer is where the magic happens, although there is not that too much magic. It is basically the right calls to GetWindowText() and SetWindowText(). The HWND of the Explorer is probably already known, so maybe it is not that difficult to implement.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
