Setting DownloadAnimation=false has no effect, the turtle still flies

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Have TortoiseGit 2.12.0 installed.
  2. In TortoiseGit > Settings > Advanced, change the value for DownloadAnimation from true to false, close dialog with OK.

The turtle is still flying.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

According to the documentation at https://tortoisegit.org/docs/tortoisegit/tgit-dug-settings.html about DownloadAnimation: "When performing git.exe or remote operations TortoiseGit dialogs play an animation with a flying turtle. This setting allows to disable the playing of the animation by setting it to false. The default value is true."

I expect to see no flying turtle.

What version of TortoiseGit and Git are you using? On what operating system?

TortoiseGit 2.12.0.0 (C:\Program Files\TortoiseGit\bin) git version 2.30.1.windows.1 (C:\Program Files\Git\bin; C:\Program Files\Git\mingw64; C:\Program Files\Git\etc\gitconfig)

Windows 10 Pro, version 20H2, OS build 19042.964

Please provide any additional information below.

I also restarted my computer, in case that would have mattered, but it didn't.
