"Push all branches" should be unchecked when Push command is issued with a specific branch

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open Push dialog.
  2. Tick Push all branches checkbox and push them. TGit stores that setting on the registry.
  3. Show log
  4. Right-click on a specific branch and click Push "<branch name>"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: Push all branches is unchecked because the user chose to push a specific branch.
Instead: Push all branches is checked according to the stored setting.

What version of TortoiseGit and Git are you using? On what operating system?

TortoiseGit 2.11.2.0
git version 2.30.0.windows.2
Windows 10 Home 64bit 20H2 19042.630

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
