Provide the search feature on commit window
Today when I try to commit, and I find my web.config and app.config file was modified by nuget automatically, which is not needed. There are 70 files list on commit window at the same time, it's hard to manually filter the files, and revert them. It would be better if you can provide the search feature on commit window.
The version is as following:
TortoiseGit 2.11.0.0 (C:\Program Files\TortoiseGit\bin)
git version 2.29.2.windows.2 (C:\Program Files\Git\bin; C:\Program Files\Git\mingw64; C:\Program Files\Git\etc\gitconfig)
