TortoiseGitMerge loses text selection when you open the context menu by right-clicking

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open any file(s) in TortoiseGitMerge
2. Select text fragment
3. Open context menu by CTRL + F10 keyboard.
4. Select Copy menu item or close menu.
5. Text selection remains unchanged.
6. Open context menu by right-click on selected fragment.
7. Context menu Copy item is disabled (grayed), text selection is lost.
8. Close menu.
9. Text selection is lost.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: unchanged text selection
