Implement "Copy and rename" from context menu

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Right-drag a versioned file
  2. Select "Git Copy and rename versioned item here"

What is the expected output?
The new file is created and "git add"-ed.

What do you see instead?
A message dialog "Have not implemented" and the About dialog are opened.

What version of the product are you using?
TortoiseGit 1.3.6.0

On what operating system?
Windows XP SP3

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
