TortoiseGitIDiff crashes with a very small window size

Reproduce Steps

  1. Click C:\Program Files\TortoiseGit\bin\TortoiseGitIDiff.exe

  2. Drag the corner of the window to make it as small as possible.

    tdiff

  3. Close it.

  4. Reopen it. A small window is shown and it crashed.

System

TortoiseGit version 2.8.0 Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.17134.829]. The desktop is scaled to 125%.

Workaround

In registry, delete "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TortoiseGit\TortoiseIDiffWindowPos" will fix the problem.
