View patch missing color

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Edit text file with UTF-8 encoding
  2. Use Git commit and view patch

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Red and green lines for changed lines. Instead there is +/- at start of line.

What version of TortoiseGit and Git are you using? On what operating system?

TortoiseGit 2.8.0.0

git version 2.18.0.windows.1

Windows 10 1809

Please provide any additional information below.

If i put space before minus it will be colored, it works in other files.

This was working without problems in previous version 2.7.0.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
