Stash Changes/Save, then allow Stash Apply

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Click Stash Changes, enter name, then [OK]
  2. Observe the "Stash Pop" on the dialog window after saving.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When saving a stash, the button would be far more useful if there was the ability to call the "Stash Apply" function, doing the current "Stash Pop" will simply undo the "Stash Save" - this outcome may not be apparent or useful.

What version of TortoiseGit and Git are you using? On what operating system?

  • TortoiseGit 2.7.1.0 (20181021-7f2d0004; C:\Program Files\TortoiseGit\bin)
  • git version 2.19.1.windows.1
