Show Log window stuck with "Fetching changed files..."

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open Show Log window. Make the graph pane as small as possible.
    show-log-bug-1
  2. Close the Show Log window.
    Reopen on any project.
Graph pane will still be minimal size, and changed file list will display "Fetching changed files..." without actually getting the file list.
    show-log-bug-2
  3. If the graph pane is resized, the file list will still show "Fetching changed files...". It clears up when the window is scrolled to display the current commit.
    show-log-bug-3

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect that changed file list will correctly populate rather than stick with "Fetching changed files..."

What version of TortoiseGit and Git are you using? On what operating system?

TortoiseGit 2.5.0.0 (64 bit)
Windows 10 Pro, version 1607, build 14393.1480 16GB RAM
git version 2.14.2.window.2

Please provide any additional information below.
