Commit dialog opens with incomplete rendering in Windows 7 classic theme

A colleague and me are using TortoiseGit-2.5.0.0-64bit on Windows 7 Professional.

Since this release, we see commit dialog windows always open in a misrendered state. In the following example the blue color of the desktop stays visible: tgit-commit-2.5.0.0

Forcing a redraw by e.g. minimizing/restoring the window fixes the rendering.
