SendmailDlg: Don't auto select entries when using arrow keys

I'm simply producing a patch to email but Tortoise has remember several previous address entries on the email page and kludged them all together. In some amazingly bad fashion at the very least I'd like to be able to clear down the lists and better still have the program not mess up the lists in the first place.
