Problems with TortoiseGitPLink 0.68 for pushing/fetching/pulling

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. install TortoiseGit 2.4.0.2 or install the hotfix will see the bug
  2. reinstall TortoiseGit 2.4.0, it works fine 20170227120631

What version of TortoiseGit and Git are you using? On what operating system?

Windows 7, x64
