Commit window unclosable after clicking "No" and "do not ask again"

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open the commit window
  2. Try to close the window
  3. A popup appears asking to confirm closure
  4. Tick "do not ask again" (or what it was called), and click no/cancel, keeping the window open

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

TortoiseGit has now apparently remembered that I never want to be able to close the window anymore. The only way to close it, is to make a commit.

What version of TortoiseGit and Git are you using? On what operating system?

TortoiseGit 2.4.0.0 / git 2.7.1.windows.2 / Windows 10 64bit

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
