Clickable URLs in TortoiseGit output window

Sometimes the remote returns text messages, as Gitlab.com does when pushing to a branch (see here: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/18266). It would be cool to see TortoiseGit make these links clickable.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Commit and push to a branch on Gitlab
2. Read the output (see screenshot below)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would like to see the link clickable

What version of TortoiseGit and Git are you using? On what operating system?

2.3.0.0 on Windows 10
