TortoiseGit command line: wrong parse of log message with double quotes

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Execute in command line: TortoiseGitProc.exe /command:commit /path:"C:\Source" /logmsg:"Some text "Quoted text" another text"

What is the expected output?

Message text should be "Some text "Quoted text" another text"

What do you see instead?

It set message text to "Some text "

What version of TortoiseGit and Git are you using? On what operating system?

Tortoisegit 2.1.0.0, Git 2.5.0, Windows 8.1, x64
