TortoiseGitMerge - Regex Filter doesn't filter from "Previous diff", "Next diff" operation

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Enter a regex to ignore some differences
  2. Make sure "Inline diff" is off.
  3. Use the Previous/Next Differences, and although the Visual cue that there's a difference it still goes to the difference.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

To skip over it and go to the next difference (which hasn't been ignored)

What version of TortoiseGit and Git are you using? On what operating system?

Windows 10 Pro, TortoiseGitMerge 2.1.0.0 - 64 Bit, Mar 26 2016

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm pretty sure this use to work correctly.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
