Library broken in Windows 10 build 10586 (Threshold 2)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Create the library with Settings after update \ Update to build 10586 with the library already created
  2. Include a folder to the library if not already done

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see all the files and sub-folders present in the folders included in the library, but instead I see "This folder is empty". (Don't say to me "Check if your folder is really empty", it isn't.)

What version of TortoiseGit and Git are you using? On what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.8.16.0, Git 2.6.0.windows.1, Windows 10.0.10586. All of those are 64-bits

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
