Integration of further hook scripts

In TortoiseGit, there are some hooks missing that can be used in pure Git (e.g. pre-rebase). It would be great if those could be integrated in TortoiseGit.

Another solution would be if the hook scripts from Git itself would also be executed when the respective TortoiseGit command is executed. For example, I have a pre-rebase hook in Git, so when I call git rebase, this script is executed, but when I call rebase in TortoiseGit, this hook script is not executed.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
