The rebase command can't reorder commits

The rebase tool does not allow commits to be reordered. The rebase tool does not allow commits to be reordered. git rebase -iThe rebase tool does not allow commits to be reordered. `git rebase -i is
able to do this. Could you please implement this in TortoiseGit as well?
