wrong column info in tag reference dialog

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Browse References
- look at the column "Date Last Commit"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- expect: a date/time
- actual: commit info
Check also the other columns (last commit, last author)
Judging from the references shown in that dialog, the issue appears somewhere around December 2014: before that, the columns contain the expected data.
What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.8.13.0 (C:\Program Files\TortoiseGit\bin)
git version 1.9.5.msysgit.0 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Git\bin)
