Add 'show branches this revision is on' to the blame window

By turkey... on February 26, 2015 00:55 (imported from Google Code)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Right click on a revision in the log window, notice that 'show branches this revision is on' is an option in the context menu.
Now enter the blame window for some file, right click on a revision in blame log below, notice that 'show branches this revision is on' is not present in this context menu.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

'show branches this revision is on' should be present in the blame log's context menu too.

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?

1.8.13.0 (Windows8.1)
