TortoiseGit does not pull --tag despite checking Tags

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. In repo folder, select Git Pull... context menu.
2. Click OK with Tags option checked.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected command

git.exe pull -v --progress --tags "origin"

but only issues

git.exe pull -v --progress "origin"

Thus no tags were downloaded from remote repo.

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?

TortoiseGit 1.8.11.0
git version 1.7.11.msysgit.1
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
