Submodule Update dialog doesn't save its state

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. TortoiseGIT | Submodule Update
  2. Change some settings and Ok
  3. TortoiseGIT | Submodule Update

You'll see that settings are reset to some default state.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
State of settings to be preserved between calls.

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
TortoiseGIT 1.8.11, Win 8.1 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
