bugtraq.logregex Test incorrectly saves the order of the fields

• What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Context menu TortoiseGit->Settings->Hook Scripts->Issue Tracker Config
2. Press the "Test" button near "bugtraq.logregex"
3. Set up regexps "Message part expression" and "Bug-ID expression"
4. Press "OK"

• What is the expected output?

• What do you see instead?
  After that into field "bugtraq.logregex" must be values of fields:
  at 1st line - "Message part expression"
  at 2nd line - "Bug-ID expression"
  but lines are exchanged:
  at 1st line - "Bug-ID expression"
  at 2nd line - "Message part expression"

• What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using?
  TortoiseGit 1.8.9.0
  git version 1.8.3.msysgit.0

• On what operating system?
  Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro [Version 6.3.9600]
