Move & revert operations not as expected if working tree root is directly on a drive

Open C: in Explorer
Create A folder
Right-click > Git create repository here …
Create B folder
Create C folder
Create B_text.txt in B
Create C_text.txt in C
SUBST Z: C:\A
Open Z: in Explorer
Select C & B
Right-click > TortoiseGit > Add
Right-click Z: > Git commit -> “master” …
Open Z: folder in Explorer
Right-click & drag C to B
A dialog asks for the new name. This is different when using a non-SUBST drive.
TortoiseGit 1.8.9.1 (20140621-89a298ce; C:\Program Files\TortoiseGit\bin)
git version 1.8.0.msysgit.0 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Git\bin)
