Add remote name starts with # should not fetch all

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Add remote named #abc
- Fetch Dialog
- Select remote #abc
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: git fetch #abc
Actual: git fetch --all
What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
Win 7 x64
Please provide any additional information below.
Any remote name less than '-' will have this issue
