How to remove skip worktree from context menu in commit dialog?

Not sure if issues can be used for doubts, if not could you please indicate correct form?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open commit dialog
2.Right click a file
3.Option skip worktree shows up

How to remove that option from the context menu?

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? 1.8.7.0 On 1.8.4
what operating system? Windows 7
