blame setting 'detect moved or copied line' does not work for the case 'from modified files'

By mar...@clan-strauss.de on April 17, 2014 10:05 (imported from Google Code)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open Contextmenu-TortoiseGit-Settings--TortoiseGit
  2. Select Blame-Detect moved or copied lines with case From modified lines
  3. Apply blame to a arbitrary file with complex content history ie where lines weher moved between files.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
TortoiseGit should apply 'git blame -C -C' but does apply 'git blame'.

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.8.8 / msysgit 1.9.0
(or TortoiseGit master/da2d81dd)
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
the patch corresponds to da2d81dd
