URL combo box in Submodule Add is not case sensitive

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I'm not exactly sure if that works but here a suspected path.
- try to submodule-add a repository git@host:Repos
- realize that it is actually git@host:repos
- try to submodule-add git@host:repos
- observe the logs and see it still tries to checkout git@host:Repos
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecte is that it actually checks out the repository I was entering with the exact casing!
What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.8.8.0 (C:\Program Files\TortoiseGit\bin)
git version 1.8.4.msysgit.0 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Git\bin)
The bug is quite annoying because I misspelled a repository that i frequently use. The only way that works for me to add the correct repository is to switch to linux add it push it and then checkout in windows
