Cannot cancel "Delete and add to ignore list"

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. On an up-to-date git-versioned file,
2. context menu > "Delete and add to ignore list"
3. Cancel it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
TortoiseGit continue the ignore process by asking if I want keep the file.
I just want canceling my action ...

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
TourtoiseGit 1.8.7.0
git 1.8.3
On Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
