During push (from context menu), branches missing from drop down list.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- create more than 25 branches
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All branches should be listed in the drop down list and otherwise be
selectable through the GUI.
Not all branches are listed. Attempting to select an unlisted branch using
"Browse Refs" will fail when the GUI attempts to select that ref from the
drop down list after clicking OK.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.1.0 on Windows 7 (build 7100)
Please provide any additional information below.
This issue is only relevant to the context menu push command.
