Commit Dialog time field not large enough

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Attempt to commit files.
2.Select the checkbox for "Set commit date"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: See the complete date and time in the now visible fields.

Actual: Only see the first several characters from the time picker. eg, I see "8:16:07 " and the AM/PM is not visible.

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?

TortoiseGit 1.8.5.0
git version 1.8.1.msysgit.1
Windows 7, 64 bit
