Add link to fetch to screen when push failed

By valentijnschol... on January 13, 2014 11:17 (imported from Google Code)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Make a commit
  2. Make sure you're branch is behind origin/branch
  3. Push
  4. Observe the push fails (because you're branch is behind).
  5. Observe that there's a link to 'Pull' but not to 'Fetch & Rebase' or to 'Git Sync'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In the above scenario I would like to perform a fetch and rebase.
So a link could be added to the fetch & rebase function.
This might already become possible via issue #874 (closed)

Maybe the most flexible solution would be to just a link to the 'Git Sync' function? From there all sync related stuff can be triggered.

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
1.8.7 Win7x64
