TortoiseGit problem in Windows 8.1 after upgrading from Windows 8

By mertayd... on January 10, 2014 18:52 (imported from Google Code)

I was using windows 8 but there isn't any problem with tortoise git but system was upgraded to 8.1 and I didn't work tortoise git, it gave me an error like this "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. "

So what's the problem? You will release an update?

Please help me and any other people to fix this problem.
