Can't do "Combine to one commit"

By @YueLinHo on December 30, 2013 05:45 (imported from Google Code)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open Log Messages dialog
  2. Select two commits (e.g. 02908ee73e and d029fcbe2e in attached file)
  3. Right click on those commits, do "Combine to one commit"
  4. Commit dialog arise

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected:
Could combine them

Instead:
Nothing in file list, and OK button is disable.

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?

TGit 1.8.6.8
msysGit 1.8.4
Xpp 32 & Win7 64

Please provide any additional information below.

Workaround:
Using rebase function to do that.

Repo.zip

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
