Remote URL select box in sync dialog is not populated with remotes.

The the remote url select box does not show my configured remotes. Instead,
it has two entries labeled "origin." I didn't to anything special to cause
to trigger this, this has been how tortoise behaved since I installed it.
The select box does display paths that I had typed directly into the input
field.

I am running:

TortoiseGit 1.0.2.0
git version 1.6.4.msysgit.0
Windows XP SP2
