create patch serial dialog, number of commits up down buttons reversed

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open the create patch serial dialog
2. click the number of commits radio button
3. When you go to add commits, the up button should increase, and the down button should decrease, but it is reversed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you go to add commits, the up button should increase the value, and the down button should decrease it, but it is reversed.

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.8.6.0
git version 1.8.4.msysgit.0
