"Clean up" window position is not preserved on multi-monitor setup

By martin.suc... on May 22, 2013 08:46 (imported from Google Code)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I use 2 monitor setup, small notebook screen is set as primary, I work mainly on the large second screen.

  1. I open the Clean up dialog from context menu, it shows up on the small screen centered.
  2. I move it to the large screen and click OK, this closes the Window
  3. When I open it again, it's again centered on the small primary screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I open the dialog again I expect it will be shown on the screen where it was located last time. I don't want to move the dialog every time from the small screen to the large screen.

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.8.3, Windows 8 Pro x64

This behavior works for the Commit dialog, but not for all. I expect the same behavior for all dialogs.
