Some TortoiseGitMerge styles have rounded corners when maximized with ribbon!

By matthew.w.fearn... on May 07, 2013 04:58 (imported from Google Code)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open TortoiseGitMerge
  2. Select any style except for Office 2007 ones, and make sure the ribbon is enabled
  3. Maximize the window
  4. Click in the very top right hand corner

Many times there is a fair chance there is a maximized window hiding behind, which you have just brought into focus by clicking its Close button!

This is in Windows XP, with a 95-2000-esque theme selected (no Luna; plain window buttons, horizontal gradient title bar).

(The closest theme to this is - strangely - the "Windows 7" style. It too suffers from the rounded borders. In my opinion this theme in particular should never have rounded borders, whether maximized or not.)

Note: with the exception of the Office 2007 ones, all the styles seem to have standard, well-behaved window borders when the ribbon is off.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
