Deleting remote branch blocks UI

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Go to log window
- Delete a remote branch (better if it's on github and you have slow connection)
- Observe that tortoisegit show no progress at all, does not react on any user input, have (not responding) in window header. It might take long (more than 10 seconds) time
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All networking/blocking operations must not be performed in main thread, so these operations would not freeze the UI
What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.8.1.0
git version 1.8.0.msysgit.0 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Git\bin)
Please provide any additional information below.
Priority is minor, but it feels crappy when you do a cleanup.
