Incorect path to Notepad2

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Change some file, click "Check for modifications" --> "View revision in
   Notepad2", "Open with" and "Open" don't work.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My repo is at C:\Documents and Settings\a\My Documents\Visual Studio
2005\Projects\SomeProject
I expect to see command executed on this file C:\Documents and
Settings\a\My Documents\Visual Studio
2005\Projects\SomeProject\Database\Structure\Database.DDL

instead I see that Notepad2 is looking for this C:\Documents and
Settings\a\Database\Structure\Database.DDL

This is what TortoiseGit executes "C:\Program
Files\TortoiseGit\bin\notepad2.exe" "Database\Structure\Database.DDL" in
working directory "C:\Documents and Settings\a"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.0.2.0 32bit on WinXP

Please provide any additional information below.
