TortoiseGitMerge window do not maximize correctly on screeen with right-side docked start bar.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Run TortoiseGitMerge
2. Double click on title bar or drag title bar to top of screen

What is the expected output?
TortoiseGitMerge widow maximized on whole screen despite of start bar.

What do you see instead?
See attached screenshot.

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?

Windows 7x64 Sp1
TortoiseGit 1.8.0.0
