Make "Show Whole Project" in log autosaved

...global or per repo. I.e. in case this checkbox affect log only inside subfolders, it's state can be simply saved anywhere, and restored when next time dilog opens. Current behavior seriosly disturb me, cause I sort my history often (using dummy), but this option hide some commits, so cherry-picks works incorrect, when I forget to check.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
