Show progress dialog when running git request-pull

By @ch3cooli on November 25, 2012 05:56 (imported from Google Code)

I found that git request-pull can take long time to run, before notepad2 shows.
It is better to show progress dialog while performing the operation.

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.7.15
msysgit 1.8.0
Win 8 x64

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
